Since 1990, RVTV has served the cable subscribers of Southern Oregon by providing Public, Education and Government Access cable television programming.

Channels are available for viewing via cable TV (9-14-15 Charter Cable and 9-14-15 AshlandTV). Channels are also streamed live over the Internet.

Public Access services include access to the RVTV Multimedia Center at SOU. Also, numerous classes in video production, editing and field producing are held for citizens of Jackson and Josephine counties.
