Alliance for Community Media, Western Region We represent Alliance for Community Media media television stations and PEG access centers and for the six western states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, New Mexico and Nevada.

Capital Community Television, Salem CCTV is a private non-profit organization created to manage Public, Educational and Governmental television access for the City of Salem and Marion County and their residents.
CCTV makes Comcast channels 21, 22 and 23 a valuable non-commercial information service available to the Oregon capital area community.

Center for Media Literacy A pioneer in its field, the Center for Media Literacy (CML) is a nonprofit educational organization that provides leadership, public education, professional development and educational resources nationally. Dedicated to promoting and supporting media literacy education as a framework for accessing, analyzing, evaluating and creating media content, CML works to help citizens, especially the young, develop critical thinking and media production skills needed to live fully in the 21st century media culture. National Association of Telecommunications Officers in America The National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (NATOA) is a national association that represents the communications needs and interests of local governments, and those who advise local governments. Our membership is predominately composed of local government agencies, local government staff and public officials, as well as consultants, attorneys, and engineers who consult local governments on their telecommunciations needs. Our government members have responsibilities that range from cable administration, telecommunications franchising, rights-of-way management and governmental access programming to information technologies and INET planning and management. |

Public affairs and arts programming, Spanish language shows and other multi-lingual programming, educational telecourses, local government meeting coverage, candidate forums, live call-in programs and more are featured on the PEG Access Channels. Hundreds of volunteer community producers develop the majority of local programming seen on the Access Channels. |
